How I develop recipes :
First of all, every recipe I post here is practiced and baked multiple times so that you can get it right in your kitchen from the very first try. In addition, I truly enjoy perfecting the key parts of pastry and bread, and then I like to tweak and evolve them into different versions. As a result, this creates something new while still using the same skills you have already learned.
Moreover, I focus mainly on from-scratch baking because I love showing that great results come from simple ingredients and good technique. Therefore, anyone can achieve delicious outcomes with the right approach.
Finally, sourdough, discard baking, enriched doughs, and classic baked goods are a big part of this site like : Homemade Bagels and Easy Chocolate Chip Muffins .
At the same time, I enjoy breaking these processes down step by step so they feel easy and approachable instead of intimidating.
